Remasa Ethics Reporting Channel
The Ethics Reporting Channel provides our employees, partners, customers and suppliers with a confidential way to report actions that violate ethical principles, standards of conduct, our anti-corruption policy or applicable laws. It is Remasa’s dedicated channel for secure and, if desired, anonymous reporting.
Reports submitted here are received and handled by our Compliance Officer, ensuring strict confidentiality and appropriate review of each situation by the Ethics Committee and, when necessary, the Board of Directors, without conflicts of interest.
You may report anonymously or identify yourself. If you choose to provide your identity, it will be protected throughout the investigation.

Anti-Corruption Policy
The Remasa Group is committed to conducting its business and operations to the highest standards of integrity, ethics and transparency, in full compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, Brazilian Law No. 12,846/2013 (Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Law), its implementing Decree No. 11,129/2022 and relevant international agreements.
Our Anti-Corruption Policy sets out the guidelines and principles that all Employees and Third Parties acting on behalf of or for the benefit of the Remasa Group must follow to prevent, detect, address and eradicate corruption, bribery, improper facilitation payments, influence peddling and other illegal or unethical practices.
We reaffirm our zero-tolerance policy toward any act of corruption, whether direct or indirect, active or passive.
