WHERE WE ARE

Our forests are located in the center-south of the state of Paraná and in the north of the state of Santa Catarina, a region where pine has one of the largest productivities in the world and in an area with a consolidation of planted forests.

Our forests are 100% certified the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) license code FSC-C102407, one of the most important certifiers of the forest production system in the world, with presence in more than 80 countries and in all continents.

This certification represents Remasa’s commitment to responsible forest management, care for the environment, and in maintaining a good relationship with the communities in the region where it operates.

In order to achieve recertification in 2021, the Remasa Group has continuously fulfilled all the conditions required by FSC® license code FSC-C102407 in forest management, ensuring environmental, economic and social benefits through transparent, democratic and inclusive processes.
The forest´s certification ensures that the wood used in a given product comes from a production process managed in an ecologically appropriate, socially just and economically viable way.

"The FSC® certification honors us with the certainty that our production process is in continuous improvement and reinforces our responsibility to offer the best to our customers, employees, suppliers and surrounding communities." – Gilson Geronasso, vice president of the Remasa Group.

We take great pride in being a Great Place to Work® certified company. In 2019 Remasa was awarded as the 4th best company to work for in the state of Paraná (within the category of medium-sized companies – 100 to 999 employees). In 2020 and 2021 we received National awards – Remasa was awarded the 2nd best workplace in the Agriculture industry in Brazil, in addition to being recognized in the GPTW/Época Negócios list among the best companies to work for in the country, both within the category of medium-sized companies.

The awards are a recognition of the history Remasa Group built over the years with ethics, respect, responsibility and commitment, values that are perpetuated in our company. They are also a validation of our culture, in which we respect, care for, and develop each of our employees, always prioritizing safety. Furthermore, they show that our employees are proud to work at Remasa.
